1 Eligibility and Age Requirement

To create an account and use jita365, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. All services on this platform are strictly prohibited for minors.
• You must be a natural person and must operate the account on your own behalf.
• Your place of residence or IP address must not be in any region where online gaming is illegal.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts is prohibited.

2 Account Registration and Security

2.1 Registration Process

You must provide accurate and complete information when opening an account. jita365 has full authority to cancel any account created with false information. Name, mobile number and date of birth cannot be changed after registration — if a change is needed, please contact the support team.

2.2 Password and Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. jita365 will not be responsible if a third party accesses your account or if any unauthorised activity occurs. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Account Suspension or Closure

jita365 may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions;
• If verified identity information is found to be false;
• Misuse of the system or bonus scheme;
• Suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

3.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on jita365 is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. Every deposit must be made from your own registered mobile number — deposits from another person's account are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawals are usually processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals are also sent via the same methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) to the same registered number. If account verification (KYC) is not complete, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

jita365 reserves the right to review any transaction and place it on hold if necessary, in order to prevent money laundering or fraudulent activity. We are also obligated to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities.

4 Game and Betting Rules

4.1 Game Play Conditions

jita365 offers various types of games including slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed in the game interface. If a technical issue affects the outcome of a game, the bet for that round will be cancelled and the amount refunded.

4.2 Bet Cancellation and Discrepancies

jita365 reserves the right to cancel bets placed due to software errors, connection failures or clearly incorrect odds. In such cases, the original bet amount will be returned to the user's account. No winnings will be considered final until the game result has been confirmed by the provider.

4.3 Responsible Gaming

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, you must complete wagering of 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, your total balance will be ৳2,500 and you must wager ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 before withdrawing.

5.2 Regular Promotions

jita365 offers the following regular bonuses:

• Weekly jita365 Recharge Festival: 30% bonus on any deposit every week, up to ৳5,000, wagering 15 times, minimum deposit ৳200.
• jita365 Slot Fun Bonus: 50% bonus on daily slot game deposits, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20 times, minimum deposit ৳200.
• jita365 Weekend Blast: 40% bonus on deposits on Fridays and Saturdays, up to ৳6,000, wagering 18 times, minimum deposit ৳200.
• jita365 Birthday Gift: Up to ৳1,500 reward once a year on a verified account, wagering 10 times.
• Refer a Friend, Win with jita365: Up to ৳2,000 reward for each successful referral, wagering 12 times.

5.3 Bonus Misuse

If clear evidence of bonus misuse is found (for example: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, placing minimum-risk bets with bonus balance), jita365 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and winnings and to suspend the account. 6 VIP Program and Cashback Policy

jita365's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each level comes with a weekly cashback calculated based on the net loss for that week:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Cashback calculation example: a Gold level member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. VIP level changes are based entirely on gaming activity. jita365 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time.

7 Personal Data and Privacy

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jita365 platform:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person and claiming bonuses more than once;
• Accessing another user's account or using their account credentials;
• Attempting cyber attacks, sending viruses or hacking against the platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Platform Liability

jita365 provides its service "as is". jita365 is not directly liable for losses caused by technical issues, internet outages or errors on the part of third-party providers. However, we always aim to resolve problems quickly.

9.2 User Liability

You are fully responsible for all activity on your own account. jita365 is not liable in any way for financial losses resulting from gaming decisions. In the event of any dispute, the platform's server logs will be treated as the final evidence.

10 Complaints and Support

jita365's support team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. If you have a complaint about a transaction or game result, you must notify the support team within 72 hours of the incident.

11 Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

11.1 Right to Amend

11.2 Severability

If any clause of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The invalid clause will be replaced with an alternative provision that is legally sound and as close as possible to the original intent.

11.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the specific terms of each promotion together form the entire agreement between jita365 and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements or understandings are replaced by this document.
